2. Ordering

Orders are subject to availability and store hours. We reserve the right to cancel any order if an item is unavailable.
Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring your contact and delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Square. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge your card for the total order amount including applicable taxes, tips, and fees. We do not store your card details.

4. Pickup & delivery

Pickup — orders are typically ready within 15 minutes.
Delivery — deliveries are fulfilled by a third-party provider (DoorDash or Uber Direct). Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or driver availability. We are not liable for delays caused by the delivery provider.

5. Refunds & cancellations

If your order is cancelled by us or if delivery fails due to an issue on our end, you will receive a full refund. For issues with your order — incorrect items, quality concerns — please contact us within 24 hours at info@nellasnutribar.com or (272) 498-0124 and we will make it right.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We use passwordless sign-in via email magic link. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nella's Nutri-Bar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or consumption of our products.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, NY.
